Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. The return must be initiated within one day of receipt, by email or by sending us images or video of the product.

Returned items must be unwashed, unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer within 24–48 hours of the returned item passing quality check at our warehouse.

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours, with a photo or video of the item and its packaging.

For returns that are not the result of a defect, the buyer bears shipping both ways. Where the product does not meet expectations, the return or exchange itself is free.
